Terms & Conditions
Holistic Productivity courses, seminars and workshops emphasize personal interactions and group learning. Our programs are designed to emulate the experience of an in-person course while also giving you the convenience of enjoying this experience from the comfort of your home or office.
In order to create a positive, confidential learning environment you’re asked to agree to the following before registering in our programs. Please read this list carefully and let us know if you have any questions about these agreements before registering. Please note that registration fees are non refundable.
By registering in any of Holistic Productivity event (including courses, workshops and seminars) you agree to:
- Honour Confidentiality — You’re welcome and encouraged to share your own experiences with others, but agree not to share anything that other participants have shared unless you have their permission. This agreement fosters a safe environment that encourages you and others to share freely.
- Participate by Video Conference — To help support an engaging learning environment our events are conducted using video conferencing (unless specified otherwise). By registering you agree to keep your video camera turned on throughout the session(s). Please make sure you have a fast and reliable internet connection and a functioning video camera. It’s also important that you be in a quiet environment, free from curious onlookers.
- Participate in at least 80% of the Sessions — Some of of our offerings span days, weeks or even months. To help maintain a strong and cohesive group dynamic, it’s important that you attend at least 80% of the sessions. Please make sure you have the dates blocked off on your calendar before registering. Please contact us if you’re going to be missing one of the sessions so that we can make other arrangements.
- Keep the Material for Personal Use — Many hours of development went into creating our events and associated materials. Please don’t copy or share this material in any form without the expressed written permission of Holistic Productivity.
- Not Record the Session(s) — Audio, video and screen recordings of events are not permitted. In some cases, events are recorded and shared with participants. Please note that this isn't intended to replace the live experience.
- Not Share Recording(s) — If your event is recorded, you agree not to share the recording or access to the recording in any form.
In the unlikely event that the minimum enrolment of the event you've registering in is not reached, you will be given the option of either a full refund or a transfer to another event.
